Shift handover system for the blast furnace workshop: To ensure the smooth progress of production activities in the blast furnace workshop and to facilitate proper shift handovers among different shifts, this system has been established. It is hoped that all staff members will strictly adhere to it: 1. Each employee is responsible for everything related to their own shift, as well as for any issues that arise within their area of responsibility. 2. During shift handover, the current staff member should clearly explain to the incoming staff member everything that has occurred during their shift as well as any ongoing issues, and pass on the matters that require attention. 3. The handover of shift procedures is marked by the transfer of the handover board. 4. You must sign in at the workshop before taking over your shift. 5. After taking over, the next shift is fully responsible for any issues identified during the handover and must address them promptly. However, for major issues that have already had an adverse impact on production in the previous shift, that shift shall still bear corresponding responsibility. 6. The workshop will take appropriate action against those who shirk responsibilities or deliberately create difficulties during shift handovers. 7. The workshop takes severe action against those who fail to properly carry out the handover procedures as required and leave work before completing the handover. 8. Regarding major issues that have a direct impact on production, if they have not been resolved by the end of working hours (given that the time required to resolve such issues is not long), both parties should, with the priority of production in mind and the goal of resuming production as soon as possible, work together to address them. For the parts that meet the succession criteria, the successor should take over those parts unconditionally first. For existing issues that do not affect production, if both parties agree on a solution plan and it is approved by the workshop, those issues can be handled flexibly. 9. For issues that involve a large amount of work and cannot be resolved in a short time, one must complete the tasks assigned by the workshop for the previous shift before leaving work. 10. Shift handovers should take place 5 minutes before the scheduled time on the hour (with exceptions for special circumstances), and leaving work should be done after the scheduled time on the hour. 11. If the successor has not arrived to take over after the scheduled time (the specific reason is unknown), the person handing over the shift must remain at their post and continue working without exception; it is prohibited for there to be a gap in coverage at that position. 12. The principles for shift handovers in various positions should be based on the overall interests and carried out in a manner that facilitates production. Main contents of shift handover: 1. Clean the work area and equipment, and ensure thorough cleaning of the assigned area. 2. The equipment is fault-free, operates properly, is free of oil contamination, and has no leaks or spills. 3. The tools for the position are complete, organized, and placed in their designated locations. 4. The shift records are complete and thorough, with no omissions. 5. It is necessary to clearly convey any issues or matters related to the position to the next shift. This post was last edited by The distance to happiness on 2009-3-5 10:33]
