Could you please tell me the material of the trays in your synthesis tower and their service life? Thank you!
The material is generally 316L MOD of urea grade; its service life depends on the conditions of use. With proper use, along with maintenance and inspections in accordance with specifications, the service life can reach 20 years. If it is used improperly and corrosion occurs, the service life will be correspondingly reduced.

The material of the trays in the synthesis tower is basically 316L (MOD) material, and the service life mentioned is correct. If used properly and maintained according to specifications, its lifespan can reach 20 years; however, if used improperly and subject to corrosion, its lifespan will be correspondingly reduced. Our trays showed severe corrosion and thinning after 15 years of use. Many companies have now replaced and upgraded their trays, with 2RE69 (25-22-2) being the material most commonly used, and it yields good results.
It’s impossible. As far as we know, the lining of urine towers is currently made of 25-22-2 material, which is mostly imported from Sweden, and it has a thickness of 6 mm. The tray materials are generally 316L. The main factor considered is the investment required; if the production intensity increases, swirl plate erosion will be the most severe issue, followed by tray erosion, with hook bolts and connection bolts experiencing less erosion.
