The air pressure test pressure is not simply 1.15 times the design pressure, it has a calculation formula (stipulated in the "Capacity Regulations" and GB150); Containers whose medium's toxicity is extremely or highly hazardous should undergo an air tightness test after passing the pressure test. When an air tightness test is required, the test pressure, test medium and inspection requirements should be indicated on the drawing.
The air pressure test can be calculated according to GB150, and the air tightness test can be calculated according to the design pressure (capacity regulations have regulations).
GB50235 has regulations. Generally speaking, it is 1.15 of the design pressure. The sealing test is the sealing test under the design pressure.
