Our factory uses Asahi Kasei’s electrolyzers and technology; when installing the hydraulic press, the Japanese came in person to demonstrate the process for us! It’s not easy to do this! I would like to ask if anyone here has any information related to hydraulic presses, or if experienced colleagues could explain the installation and calibration of hydraulic presses, as well as the points that need attention! The Japanese should provide the operating procedures.
The operation and debugging procedures are detailed in the manual; please take a close look – it shouldn’t be too complicated
Have the factory staff demonstrate it for you, and after operating the hydraulic press a few times on your own, you’ll be able to do it; just watching isn’t enough
Regarding the issues with hydraulic presses, it’s not as complicated as the Japanese people make it out to be. If you read the operating instructions carefully, practice operating the press a few times, and pay attention to a few key points (adjusting flow rate, pressure, and the overflow situation of the valve plates), then everything will be fine. . . . . . . . The control lever is used for moving left to retreat and right to move forward; it is generally not set in the middle position. The pressure is 7 or 9 Mpa – 9 Mpa when in operation and 7 Mpa when stopped. Again, this also depends on the operating conditions of the electrolyzer; special considerations are required when the electrolyzer is started for the first time
