Due to the influence of low-boiling compounds, my aniline stripping requires the temperature at the bottom of the tower to be increased by several degrees in order to function properly, and there is also pressure buildup inside the stripping tower! How can this be solved?
The high temperature in the reactor is caused by pressure buildup; you can try setting up a high-point vent at the discharge pipe of the condenser. In fact, it’s sufficient as long as the wastewater parameters are normal.
There is a vent point on the pipeline of the condenser, and the temperature at the bottom of the tower remains unchanged.
If the temperature difference is greater than before, it’s possible that the packing layer is dirty; have you tried cleaning the tower?
It’s very likely that the packing has clogged; clean it or replace it.
Turn on the water supply to the tower, and check the other exhaust condensation outlet to see if any liquid phase is being discharged

My tower operates at atmospheric pressure; the pressure has increased compared to before. My low-boiling substances return to the system. If the temperature is raised, will the pressure in the tower be even higher?
I just replaced one section of the packing, and indeed the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the tower is 1 degree higher than before.
