When creating CAD drawings, the fluid inside the pipelines is propene; in certain sections of the pipelines, both gas and liquid are present. What code should be used to represent this? (pl pg ? ）

Mainly the gas PG, mainly the liquid PL
You can define in the legend which names to use for these two materials, which makes labeling simpler
