It should be possible; the Beta here can regenerate.
The structure of MCM-22 is similar to a combination of ZSM-5 and Beta, featuring a dual-pore structure; it was a focus of research on molecular sieves in previous years. Decarburization regeneration is not a problem, but care must be taken regarding the regeneration temperature.
