Does anyone know about “Shengli Oilfield Shengli Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd.” (Shengli Oilfield Design Institute)? How is the workplace? Is there any future potential? Please discuss it.
Has LZ come in? As far as I know, Victory Design Institute has basically stopped hiring in the past two years – their staff levels are already full. They hired too many people in the previous couple of years; in 2005, when I graduated, they hired a large number of new employees. The workload there is still manageable, with plenty of work available. However, new employees will likely have to wait a few more years before seeing stable progress. Those looking for stability might consider this option, but those who want to achieve prosperity quickly and easily should not think about it
You might consider going to the Daqing Oil Field; it’s better there
It’s okay; it’s a decent design firm. If you are majoring in storage and transportation, it’s quite good to work on pipeline design. If it’s from another major, it’s not bad either. Design institutes are just like that; the main advantage is being able to take a break on Saturdays and Sundays. If there’s a lot of work, then working overtime is another matter.
How would it be for a master’s graduate in chemical engineering to join this organization? Regarding what was said upstairs about achieving prosperity quickly and efficiently, what kind of employer should one choose?
Shengli Engineering Design Consultation Co., Ltd. of Shengli Oilfield (Shengli Oilfield Survey and Design Institute) (SLECC) is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Established in 1965, it is a **Class A survey and design institution; it serves as the guiding design institute for water injection and produced water treatment in oilfields across the national petroleum industry, as well as for surface engineering technologies in offshore oilfields. It is also the head unit of the water injection and water treatment technology centers, a key research institute under Sinopec, a branch of the Shengli Oilfield Postdoctoral Research Station, and ranks among the top 100 survey and design institutions in China.
Whether it’s the three major oil companies or the five major oil companies, the benefits at their headquarters are the highest. Next in terms of benefits are foreign companies; although these companies deduct a lot from one’s salary, the amount left is still higher than that in most state-owned enterprises. If you need money urgently, I recommend working for a foreign company, as there are many things in state-owned enterprises that cannot be converted into cash and require time to be resolved
I heard it’s a nice place, and it’s not easy to get to~
It was separated a long time ago; they’re responsible for their own profits and losses, I guess~~~ They have strong capabilities, mainly in serving oil fields, and are excellent in long-distance pipeline operations – among the best in the country! ! I guess they’re still hiring now; my classmate graduated in April and only started working there after breaking the contract! ! Also, OP, isn’t your name a bit infringing on rights??? :lol Last edited by happyboy1814 on 2009-3-16 20:25]
As far as I know, it’s only a partial restructuring. Currently, it is still primarily controlled by Sinopec. I don’t know what one does after entering the field of chemical machinery
