Small pressure reduction system:) I plan to add a small condenser in front of the vacuum pump to cool down the uncondensed diesel vapor in the system and collect it~ The power is very small and is designed to be around 3kw. What type of condenser should I use? The requirements are small size and small pressure drop. The cooling medium is water.
Sir, what kind of material should be used for oil condensation? In this case, I suggest using a spiral plate heat exchanger. I don’t know what other people think. You are welcome to actively participate.
You can consider a plate heat exchanger.
:) The pressure drop seems to be larger in plate heat exchangers, right? Are tubular heat exchangers the lowest cost? But it will be big in size~
The pressure drop during the shell-leaving process of shell-and-tube heat exchangers; Evaporative condensers are also available, without additional process pipelines, single equipment, compact structure, and the pressure drop can be designed according to requirements.
:) Are evaporative condensers more complicated than tubular condensers? I want to make it as simple as possible ~ and the heat exchange rate is also very small ~ I don’t know how to use a disk type heat exchanger?
Generally, shell and tube heat exchangers are used as condensers.
It is recommended to use plate heat exchangers for reciprocating vacuum pumps, which have large heat exchange area, small pressure drop, small volume and occupation, and low investment.
