The red boiler water is seen from the liquid level gauge? Or you can see it from the sampling point. How about leaving it for a while longer from the sampling point?
The boiler has been in standby for a long time. In some pipes, especially the sampling pipes, rust occurs on the inner wall of the pipes, and the boiler water in the sampling pipes turns red due to vibration.
