The Production Safety Law and other laws and regulations clearly state that non-coal mines, hazardous chemicals and other types of enterprises must conduct safety training for personnel at all levels, and there are also mandatory regulations on class hours. Some local regulations also put forward clear requirements for safety training. For example, Shandong requires relevant enterprises to conduct special training on hydrogen sulfide. When I feel that there are still many companies that do not pay attention to it at all, and the prescribed class hours cannot be guaranteed, what should we, as security personnel, do when encountering such a thing? Should false information be inspected by superiors?
It mainly depends on the safety awareness of department leaders. The director of my workshop pays more attention to it. Every new worker training must be conducted only after the safety officer passes the examination and the director assigns a work team. As for dealing with superiors, they can conduct assessments by re-writing or even re-doing the original questions. You can also ask questions on the spot. It is of course mandatory to retrain unqualified personnel. However, if the director or the first person in charge of the department does not support it, there is no other way. The only option is to use test papers to cope with inspections by superiors, and use the test papers as a shield after an accident.
It is indeed difficult to meet the requirements in class hours, but training must be provided. If the teaching does not meet the requirements, the training materials can be comprehensive, and the requirements can be completed through teaching and self-study materials.
To be honest, next time I go to the factory to inspect the safety supervisor* Employees should bring examination papers to check and accept the implementation of corporate safety training at any time. We are not afraid that you will not implement it!
Hey, wait* * When the economy is better, we will naturally pay more attention to it. We have all gone through this painful journey!
You can tell the above that the training time is not enough! Leave evidence later and protect yourself first!
Haha, if they are as serious as you say, I think there won’t be so many accidents at present! At most, you can just send a paper to your company and tell you when to hand it in, and then you don’t know where to go! :lol
Personally, I think there are many forms of safety training and education, and it does not necessarily have to be classroom lectures. There can also be other training forms and methods, which are diverse. What is important is the training effect. timely * * The hours of study are stipulated, but the form of training is not stipulated. As long as the final effect is good, it's ok. As a new employee, even if you have 72 hours to learn the required content, it is only superficial. It is estimated that it will take several months to learn. The key is awareness. I learned it immediately, but I didn’t follow up on the education in the future, and I will probably forget it all in 3 months.
To do one: Level 4 education and training ; 2. Participate in training and re-education for personnel working with hazardous chemicals.
It is true that theory is greater than practice, and no real attention is paid to it! It’s better to cope than to take the initiative! Although the general environment is like this, it requires great personal efforts to organize various forms of publicity and education activities! Turn passivity into initiative!
There are many forms, but you must have a record or something else to prove that you have been trained! :lol
It is easier to implement the safety training plan for state-owned enterprises, but it is difficult to guarantee it for other forms of enterprises. It all depends on the personal wishes of the boss, so "safety first" becomes a slogan and is also a Chinese characteristic. As a person in charge of security, we often succumb to power, which is sad. But we must continue to do it because we are still people with conscience. We must also insist on this principle to our boss.
The purpose of training is to let more people understand safety knowledge. If the effect cannot be achieved, it is better not to do it and save some money. It all depends on what the leaders think. Training is necessary so that frontline workers know how to protect themselves and managers know how to manage safety.
In fact, the number of class hours is not the key. The most important thing is to make employees fully aware of the dangers, let them taste the benefits, and let them truly know that this is for them.
Meeting the requirements of laws and regulations is one of the most basic principles of safety training. The form can be diverse, including centralized lectures, group discussions, self-study, etc. It is recommended to study in writing * Print out the materials and post them on the bulletin board for each employee to read and sign (very important evidence, the safety management department must learn to protect themselves). Records and archives of training are important. Each employee must establish a safety training file, and the performance will be used as one of the evaluation indicators (with Chinese characteristics, it will not work without some rewards and punishments). The safety management department and safety management personnel make everyone fear and hate them, but our starting point is good. Let alone the noble ones, it is not easy for employees to work to earn money to support their families, and I cannot bear to punish anyone. But some employees just don't know that the cost of safety accidents is too high. If they are injured or something, the company will not pay them, and they will be the ones who suffer. Many managers turn a blind eye. Security issues are really important.
