Is there anyone in an engineering company? Ordinary engineering companies usually have such departments – how do you call them?

I agree with what was said on floor 6: Process Department. No.1 is more appropriate. Perhaps this company is large and has several process rooms.

departmeng corresponds to department. A division corresponds to a department that is slightly larger than a section; in Chinese, it is also called a department. Sention often seems to correspond to that level of Kē. If it is a room under the department, it is called Office 1; Process Design Section will do. Group is not wrong either.
