Although I have stepped down as a moderator, I still pay close attention to the developments in this section. I’ve wanted to share my thoughts on this for a long time now. First, can the issues that have not been resolved in this section be brought up for discussion? Many people have been saying that the quality of the forum is low, as the questions posted for help tend to be simple. On the other hand, there are also cases where the questions posted for help relate to issues that people usually don’t pay much attention to, and as a result no one responds to them. I think it would be good to bring up the issues that weren’t resolved before for discussion. I have two specific ideas: first, the moderators of this forum should search for previous topics that remained unresolved, and then send messages to the original poster to seek their opinion. If agreed, it can be brought up for discussion; there is no time limit. If the issue has not been resolved within three days, technical experts can be invited to discuss it. Large rewards are given to those who solve the problems. Second, a *moderator posted a message asking members to bring up any unresolved issues on their own and to post discussions; the methods for such discussions are as mentioned above. There should be a limit on posts of this kind; I think it should be topics whose issues remain unresolved after a week since they were posted. Also, during this time I took a look at other sections as well (in sales, one has to keep looking for targets every day: lol). I found that some of the campaigns are quite good; since they’re good, we should learn from them. The campaigns proposed by Process Engineering are really good – worth taking a closer look at. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-403018-1-1.html There are also awards for positive responses and outstanding topics in certain sections; I had thought of this before. But I’ve never had the time to do this work. I think our section can also carry out such tasks; we should bring up popular topics to encourage everyone to create their own discussions. Additionally, rewards should be given to those who post the most posts each month (excluding spam), as well as to those who actively help other members solve their problems, in order to recognize and praise them. After all, wealth is a strong driving force: lol, especially for members in the lower ranks. It was written in a hurry; you guys can discuss the details. I’ll take a break instead: lol. Note: I suggest discussing the above content first among the moderators, or with other members in the mechanics section as well. Once the discussion by the moderators is complete, members can be allowed to discuss and have their opinions sought. This post was last edited by wode*aohei on 2009-3-5 17:51]
This idea is really good; there are many things worth learning from
