Our total ammonia is also controlled at about 10. However, the ammonia used in the refining system is mainly lost with the regeneration gas, so it is most economical to control the regeneration temperature (we control it at about 75 degrees).

I always control the ammonia added to the system to be around 11mol/l. The ammonia level in the ammonia cooler should not be too high, 70%.
Just add aerated ammonia, which can reduce the load of the ice machine. The total ammonia content should be determined according to the system load, the carbon dioxide content in the gas, and the regeneration gas temperature. Generally, it should be controlled at 9-10M.
We control it at 9.0-9.5, add gas ammonia at the ammonia cooling outlet, and add it continuously, so that the total ammonia will not fluctuate. Regeneration 75-78℃.
We control it around 8.5. Generally, we add twice per shift (8 hours), about 100 kilograms each time. Pay attention to the outlet temperature of the reflux tower and the regenerator.
