Once a set of equipment is installed, it’s necessary to mark the flow processes on the pipes and assign numbers to the devices. In the past, letters were cut out from metal sheets, and then paint was used—either with a brush or a spray gun—to mark the flow processes or device numbers. This process was time-consuming and labor-intensive; moreover, it was required to have all the letters that might be needed, as well as letter templates of different sizes.
