Out of curiosity, is a vaporization furnace considered a pressure vessel or a boiler? What qualifications are required for design and manufacturing respectively? :lol ；

The gasification furnace we use employs Texaco’s water-coal slurry pressurized gasification technology, with a pressure of 6.5 MPa; therefore, it is classified as a Class III pressure vessel. The scrubber tower is also a Class III pressure vessel, with a pressure of 5.7 MPa. To produce products of a certain grade, it is necessary to have qualifications at least equivalent to that level.
Reactive pressure vessels can only be manufactured by manufacturers with Class 3 manufacturing qualifications! !
