Share my views on crane design work

I was wondering if there are people working in the field of crane design, and whether the salary and benefits are good? So many design standards and design parameters. Would you find it annoying?
Presumably, the original poster has just started working and has many doubts about their future and the industry they’re in; they only have a superficial understanding of it. The crane industry is a fairly mature sector that is closely linked to infrastructure development. There’s no such thing as a good or bad industry in this regard. As for salary and benefits, those depend on one’s own efforts – it’s the same in every industry. There’s no free lunch; success comes from competence and hard work. At the beginning, there might be many things that are unfamiliar, but it’s just a process of adaptation. I hope you can get used to it quickly!
