I'm asking about career prospects. It's hard to find a job this year, and there are no opportunities to enter a design institute. There is currently a process/equipment engineer position in gas equipment in a small company. I wonder about the development prospects in gas equipment? Is there any chance of entering a design institute after this job? Thank you all heroes in advance,

You should be able to enter a design institute in the future. No matter what field you are in, your work experience is there! ~
Didn’t the Prime Minister say that you should get a job first and then choose a career? If you have a job, do it first, but the goal of life cannot be changed.
Just have work experience and academic qualifications. Academic qualifications are a threshold. If you pass this threshold, it depends on your experience and ability. When entering an ordinary company, you must study hard * , accumulated more experience.

There is absolutely no chance. Design is a very special industry. There are only two types of people that design institutes want, fresh graduates and people from other design institutes.... So, there is absolutely no chance...
There is a chance, if you really want to get in.
