Pressure difference in Tower C1: 73 kPa; Pressure difference in Tower C2: 32 kPa; Pressure difference in Tower C3: 35 kPa; Pressure difference in Tower C4: 14 kPa; Pressure difference in Tower C5: 53 kPa. Filter pressure difference: 5.0 kPa
Our design specifications: (Unit: MPa) T1 0.05, T2 0.01, T3 0.04, T4 0.015, T5 0.05, T6 0.05, S3 0.05, S1 0.1. In actual production, the pressure differences in the other towers are in the range of a few thousand pascals, while the pressure differences for T3 and T5 are over 30 thousand pascals. Please analyze why this is the case
Generally, the pressure drop per tray in a tower is not higher than 800 Pa; it’s sufficient to calculate this based on the number of trays in each tower.
