This situation has occurred with the device before, during the Spring Festival in 2007; the corrosion and leakage at the scale inhibitor injection port of the device caused smoking. I’ll just keep dealing with it – no shutdown, no cutting of materials, just working to seal the leaks. The prerequisite is to determine the actual thickness of the pipe wall in order to avoid problems during processing. Anyway, be careful. Later, the injection location was changed to the inlet of the slurry pump; there’s no need for concern regarding the issue of the injection point being too far back. Everyone can communicate. Our device is having a similar problem today too! Adopt a reduced-quantity punching method for handling. However, I believe that the corrosion in this area is definitely related to the installation structure and the conditions of the medium. I’m thinking about it and hope to have more discussions on this topic.
