I saw some friends mentioned that the three-turn agent unloading valve is made of stainless steel. You said that it should be replaced less than once a month. You are right. In my personal opinion, stainless steel can withstand high temperatures, but is not very wear-resistant, especially the valve plate and seat part of the valve. If they are not tight, it will cause leakage. If there is leakage, it will soon become unusable. My opinion: 1. Use valves made of wear-resistant materials. For example, CR5MO...... 2. After unloading the agent, it must be closed tightly to prevent leakage. 3. Stop the injection of wind. I mean the wind near the valve. If it is not stopped, there will be a greater chance of leakage. 4. Add double valves and rear valve control. It can be replaced when it breaks. I won’t say anything else anymore, please tell me if I’m wrong.
The situation you mentioned also occurred in my installation during this period. The valve was replaced once a week at least! As you said, I have also used stainless steel valves, but the results are not ideal! The key is to ensure that the corresponding valves are closed after unloading the agent, and the back road is blown with wind and then stopped!
