I am a graduate. What is the approximate salary range when transitioning to a full-time position in the coating industry in different regions?
For roles in technology and testing, the salary ranges from 1,000 to several tens of thousands; work experience is the main factor considered. Employment is secured fairly quickly, but a higher salary requires greater expertise in a specific area. Engineers generally earn at least 5,000 or so per month. Additionally, in this industry, referrals from acquaintances play a key role, as applying on one’s own does not yield good results
Salaries are higher in private companies, but they are unstable. It’s too difficult for state-owned enterprises to foster expert-level talent, as there is too little room for individuals to express their creativity.
