Our company is currently in the construction phase, and the reciprocating hydrogen press required will not arrive at the site until June 2009. Therefore, our management attaches great importance to the training activities that need to be carried out before the machine starts operating. However, we are currently struggling to find a suitable manufacturer. Colleagues in the chemical industry, please help us by providing information on manufacturers that are already using reciprocating hydrogen presses; it would be even better if you could make some connections for us. Thank you. Please feel free to reply; I will give everyone points promptly!
There are many manufacturers that use reciprocating hydrogen compressors; Shandong Bohui Group is one of them, offering reciprocating hydrogen compressors
Dalian Yisheng Da Hua Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a PTA chemical manufacturing plant. They have 3 diaphragm hydrogen compressors made by the French company Hauton, which were designed by our company. Their supervisor is Zhang Zhuojue; his phone number is 1359 1777 139. The original poster can call to ask whether they will allow you to go for an on-site visit!
A magnetic drive can be used to operate the hydrogen circulator, www.shunda163.cn
All petrochemical refineries have hydrogen compressors; it depends on what’s more convenient for you.
It depends on where the original poster is from. . . I signed with Nanjing Shunsun Compressors, but I haven’t started working there yet; they do have a testing area there
There aren’t many hydrogen compressors in the various refining and hydrogenation plants owned by Sinopec and CNPC; if you know anyone who works in such systems, you can ask them for advice. Or you could turn to Shenyang Gas Compressor Factory, the leading manufacturer of hydrogen compressors in China (now known as Shengyu Group); their products virtually dominate the domestic market.
There? Contact me; I can help you get in touch. We have trained many people from various factories.
I’m not sure where the original poster is, but the new hydrogen compressors used in the refining and hydrocracking processes at Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Branch are reciprocating type; two of them are from Mitsubishi in Japan, and one is from Shenqi.
