However, lignite reserves are considerable all over the world, so its utilization is also highly valued. As a chemical raw material, lignite has the advantage of low volatility and good reactivity. In pulping, there are many research results on additives based on improving surface properties or modification treatments under high temperature and high pressure conditions in China, which can be easily found. However, there may not be any specific data for industrial practice.
The utilization of lignite has attracted more and more attention. my country's coal resources have large reserves, mainly distributed in Inner Mongolia, Yunnan and Northeast China. Lignite is the most lightly metamorphosed type of coal, and its coal quality is relatively poor. Currently, except for a very small number of lignite applications in the world that produce humic acid, most of them are used for direct combustion for power generation. As for how lignite can be better used in the wet gasification process, the most critical issue is to improve its pulping performance and increase the pulping concentration. The idea is as follows: Upgrade modification, coal blending and slurrying are to cooperate with advanced coal preparation technology, use pyrolysis and chemical modification to optimize particle size gradation, develop special additives, and prepare high-concentration gasified coal-water slurry for industrial use.
