Unit consumption of 1.06? Is it still this high after membrane separation?
By rough estimation, over 90% of the small units have been modified with membrane separation and recovery systems. Apart from those that have stopped production and a few that were demolished, most are still in operation. The recovery rate of propylene monomer can exceed 90%. As for how much the material consumption can be reduced, no statistics are available; generally, it is determined by the manufacturers themselves. The service life of the membrane can be guaranteed to be two years; however, the actual duration of use varies depending on the conditions of the gas source. The total investment for this project is not large; the payback period is about half a year.
