It functions as a display of pressure. The automatic control valve is self-driven by pressure. Of course, I have also heard from old engineers that safety protection devices can be made. If the design pressure of the pressure gauge is slightly lower than that of the automatic control valve, the pressure gauge must be damaged first.
Is it a filter pressure reducing valve? This can better protect the pneumatic actuator, because if water enters the pneumatic actuator, it will be useless! Therefore, such a filter pressure reducing valve is installed at the front air source interface of the pneumatic actuator! The installation pressure of the automatic control valve is mainly to detect the pressure. One purpose is to detect the air source pressure, such as the inlet of the filter pressure reducing valve, on-site indication pressure, and the other is to detect the system pressure, such as the front and rear pressure of the self-standing pressure regulating valve, and the other is to detect the pressure of the packing part of the valve stem to detect whether the packing seal is intact.
