Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. has developed a complete set of technologies for the hydrogenation of crude benzene across all fractions, including hydrogenation process technologies, hydrogenation catalysts, and anti-coking agents for crude benzene. The separation process can be carried out using either N-formylmorpholine extraction or cyclobutane extraction.
Our company uses a catalyst-enhanced acid washing method to remove thiophene, and then proceeds with distillation to separate sulfur-free benzene, toluene, and xylene. Sulfur-free benzene is refined into benzene with a purity of over 99.99% through N-formylmorpholine extraction.
