Warehouse and tank area safety management system 1. The architectural design of warehouses and tank areas should comply with the "Fire Protection Code for Architectural Design", "Fire Protection Code for Petrochemical Enterprise Design", "Warehouse Fire Safety Management Rules", and "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals". Hazardous chemical warehouses shall not be located in the same building as employee dormitories, and shall maintain a stipulated safe distance from the employee dormitories. 2. Equip with sufficient and suitable fire-fighting equipment, and install fire-fighting communication, alarm equipment and fire-proof and explosion-proof devices. 3. Establish and improve the post fire prevention responsibility system and various safety operating procedures. 4. In warehouses and tank areas, obvious fire prevention signs should be set up, and the entrances and exits of passages and roads leading to fire protection facilities should be kept clear. 5. Strictly implement the warehousing inspection and acceptance system, and check and inspect the specifications, quality, and quantity of the warehousing items item by item according to the purchase order. Items without production origin, name and product inspection certificate shall not be put into the warehouse. Hazardous chemicals with damaged packaging are strictly prohibited from storage. 6. After inspection, flammable and explosive items should be classified and stacked according to their properties. Dangerous items that cannot be mixed must be strictly segregated. ； Hazardous chemicals must be placed in dedicated warehouses. (1) Highly toxic items cannot be stored in the same warehouse as other dangerous items. (2) Hazardous items such as those that burn when exposed to water, flammable, explosive and liquefied gases cannot be stacked in open areas. (3) Oxidants or oxidizing acids cannot be stored in the same warehouse as flammable and explosive items. (4) Cylinders containing gases with conflicting properties cannot be stored in the same warehouse. (5) It is strictly prohibited to store oxidizing items together with flammable liquids, flammable solids, spontaneous combustion items and items that burn when exposed to moisture in the warehouse. 7. The distribution of items should strictly comply with the relevant regulations of the company. The distribution of hazardous chemicals must implement a hazardous chemicals safety management system. 8. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in warehouses and oil storage tanks that store flammable and combustible items. 9. Warehouses for toxic and flammable items should be equipped with exhaust fans to maintain a reasonable room temperature. 10. No offices or rest rooms are allowed in the warehouses for Category A and B items, and no people are allowed to live there. At the end of each day's work, safety inspections should be conducted, doors and windows should be closed, and the power supply should be cut off before leaving. 11. For all types of warehouses, the competent department and the person in charge of the warehouse must regularly inspect the warehouses one by one. If any hidden dangers are discovered, they must be promptly reported to the safety and fire departments for supervision and elimination, and records of inspections must be kept. 12. Various pressure vessels and various oil storage tanks should comply with * * Regarding pressure vessels, safety accessories such as liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, thermometers, breathing valves, flame arresters, and safety valves must be complete and sensitive. And conduct regular inspections. 13. Various oil storage tanks, warehouses, and gas cylinder warehouses should be equipped with explosion-proof lights and fire prevention devices. 14. For flammable liquid and oil storage tanks and combustible gas bodies, when power and lighting lines need to be installed, pipe-type sheathed lines must be installed, and construction and installation must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant electrical regulations. 15. The lightning protection and anti-static grounding devices of storage tanks must be in good condition and inspected regularly.
