Experts, is there anyone who understands the methanol cracking hydrogen production process? I would like to learn about this process, as well as how it differs from hydrogen production via natural gas cracking. I appreciate your help; thank you! If you find it troublesome, please send me a text message; it would be best to leave your contact information, such as a phone number or mobile number. Thank you!
You can get in touch with me. My company specializes in projects related to hydrogen production through methanol cracking and natural gas utilization. Feel free to leave a message if you have any questions; my email address is wjs3833@163.com
Methanol and water are mixed in a specific ratio to form a solution; this methanol solution is then pumped into a vaporization tower where it is heated and vaporized. It subsequently enters a cracker, where it is broken down into hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The unconverted methanol and water are condensed and returned to the system. The resulting gas mixture enters a pressure swing adsorption system, which removes carbon dioxide, leaving hydrogen as the output product.
It’s best not to go for those processes of cracking; it’s costly and time-consuming. It’s better to purchase hydrogen from Yutianhua – it has a high purity and a large supply volume. The technologies for transporting and storing it are also well-developed now, so it’s advisable to establish a supply agreement. It saves you on investment and labor time.
