Questions about different pressure levels: The flange using hg standard 1.6mpa cannot match the enamel flange using 0.6mpa. As a result, I asked the manufacturer to process the flange with a thickness of 1.6Mpa and an eyelet size of 0.6vMPa. Is it reasonable to match the flange? 2009030601 reply: The grade of pipelines and valves is 1.6Mpa (reasons: 1\Pipeline transportation is toxic and flammable media, so the grade is increased to 2\1.0Mpa flanges and valves are not easy to buy: I don’t know, right?) Whether it is reasonable first depends on the pressure level of your pipeline. If it is 0.6MPa, why use 1.6 flange?
The flange connected to the equipment can be matched by the equipment manufacturer. The equipment pressure level can be different from the pipeline level. The flange does not need to be 1.6MPa, but 0.6MPa.
