We intend to use imported pumps for the radial feeding process (they are very expensive, costing over 3 million), as well as pumps for coke removal. What issues should be taken into consideration regarding these devices in daily operation? How long can imported feed pumps operate continuously? Are there any domestic ones that can be used? What is the impact of the pressure and flow rate of the coking removal water pump on coking removal? Thank you

Special attention should be paid to maintaining the concentricity of the drill pipes and the top of the tower. 4. Selection of furnace tubes and burners for industrial furnaces. Great care must be taken here; if the burner does not function properly, it will significantly affect the operational time of the device. 5. Sealing of the cold coke water system and recovery of oil products. 6. Provide proper training for employees to ensure they are as familiar as possible with the operations on site. . . It’s good to use high-quality imported radiation feed pumps. The first time our radiation feed pumps needed maintenance was 6 years after they were put into use.:lol But radiation pumps have strict requirements regarding the sealing oil – when there are fluctuations in the level of this oil, other hot oil pumps might function fine, but radiation pumps could experience vacuum conditions. :lol

The main problems were poor slip and performance curves, caused by defects in the bearing jacket. Even after replacement, slip continued to occur, which is fatal for the heating furnace; But the imported Flowsherve pumps made in Japan also have defects; there are sand holes in the pump body. Fortunately, once a little residue oil leaked out, the leakage stopped, and the manufacturer agreed to replace the pump casing ; In short, personal oversight is essential when conducting equipment acceptance.
