It is recommended to create a new area for CAD secondary development. The “Self-made Small Software and Customized Software Discussion Forum” is full of self-made small software. If we create a dedicated section for CAD secondary development, then we can upload the prepared Lisp, FAS, Vlx, and VBA files to share with everyone. Anyone with any functional requirements can also raise them in this section, so that collective wisdom can be used to find solutions. It’s nice to create some small programs, like ones for interrupting intersection points or replacing text, and so on. This CAD drawing section is too chaotic right now; there are all kinds of issues, including those that are quite simple and can be understood just by watching a tutorial. It was really tough to find something about Lisp.
I suggested this to the super editor a long time ago, and the super editor said they would take it into consideration during the next revision.

A pinned post should be created to cover this topic comprehensively. I know there is already such a pinned post, but the information it contains is incomplete; each aspect isn’t detailed enough and lacks depth. It’s recommended to put considerable effort into improving it, as this will help prevent many very basic questions from being asked repeatedly. For example: 1) font settings, 2) shortcut keys. There isn’t much to say about these two aspects, but posts about them keep getting repeated, which is annoying.

I agree. This provides a good platform for learning LISP. A drawing exchange area can also be added.
Agreed. I spent ages looking for LISP but couldn’t find it; let’s wait for the new version. It’s not used much these days anyway
