Regarding phosphate crystallization

Dear colleagues: Our factory uses phosphoric acid to produce anhydrous ammonia. Within 2 or 3 minutes after opening the tank, the phosphoric acid crystallizes. We are seeking an explanation for this phenomenon as well as ways to address it. Thank you
The main reason for phosphate crystallization is that the actual crystallization temperature is lower than the theoretical crystallization temperature, and the formation of seeds facilitates phosphate crystallization. Recently, the phosphoric acid stored in our tank has taken on a green color. What could be the cause? Does this affect its usability? It’s similar in color to beer bottles
It is caused by phosphoric acid corrosion of the storage tank; if it is hot-process phosphoric acid, 316L stainless steel should be used for the tank, while for wet-process phosphoric acid, it is advisable to apply anti-corrosion treatment to the tank.
