For reinforcement and filling, silica, calcined clay, and talcum powder should be used; calcium carbonate should not be used (as it is prone to electronic transitions and tends to yellow over time). 2. Antioxidants that do not cause contamination should be chosen. 3. Softeners that are non-contaminating, such as paraffin oil or transformer oil (for non-polar rubbers), should be used. 4. Sulfur should be used as little as possible, or not at all. Accelerators should mainly be of the M, DM, and TT types; a peroxide vulcanization system is the best choice. 5. A certain amount of anti-yellowing agent should be added. The whiteness of rubber is closely related to the type of rubber used. 3L tape is light yellow-brown in color, and the shade may vary depending on the batch. Even if a color meeting the requirements is achieved, it is still possible for the product colors to differ. To achieve high whiteness with strong covering power, titanium dioxide should be used; R930, produced in Japan, is a good option.
