Is it possible that the coiled tube provides better cooling effects than a jacket? Which expert can explain it?
In reality, it is a combination of the two: both are used; the burner head features a water jacket, while the rest of the burner consists of water-cooled coils

Or seen it before but didn’t study its structure in detail ; 2) Your company also has burner maintenance personnel; when you’re unsure, be humble enough to ask them for help ; 3) It has been explained on the second floor; the coiled tubes are visible on the periphery and represent the inlet and outlet pipes for the quench water, which cool the area around the burner head ; Be careful that there are welding points at the coil and the burner head; in other words, water should enter the jacket of the burner head to directly cool it. 4) Look for it within the section; there are pictures of burners, so take a close look at their structure.
I mean, why not remove the coil? The jacket at the burner head is visible to anyone.
Generally, there is a coil around the tube; I’ve never heard of a design that only has a jacket, as that would make it very easy for the tube to burn through
