Some sections in the craft area are not active enough; activities should be organized to boost the enthusiasm of the moderators.
The super moderator can conduct a review of the moderators’ performance at the beginning of each month (or quarter or year), and then prepare a list of candidate moderators for users to vote on; those who receive the most votes win (the top 3 may also be selected), and the super moderator awards rewards to the winning moderators.
What was said upstairs makes sense. However, I also suggest selecting outstanding members from the craftsmanship section. The criteria for this selection will be the members’ enthusiasm in posting on the forum, their response rate, and the quality of their replies. The moderators will then choose the top 20 members, after which the other forum users can vote to determine the top 5 who will receive rewards
