Help with installing AUTOCAD2007, error code 1639

OS: WINXP SP3 CPU: Centrino T8100 2.1G RAM: DDR2 3G LENOVO R61 Why can’t AutoCAD 2007 be installed? Here is the error reporting process: 1. The WINDOWS INSTALLER help information pops up.
