1. Those who pay timely attention to their own posts and rate those who provide help should be rewarded. This is a practical way of showing respect to the people who post helpful content. A simple “thank you” or something similar would also work. I’m not sure whether points can be awarded continuously; in any case, I gave 4 points today. 2. Those who identify duplicate posts or spam should be given substantial rewards, as this will help improve the quality of the forum. 3. It is suggested that we try this approach in our section first; if it proves effective, then we can recommend it to the main moderators. 4. If there are volunteers willing to go through old spam posts and succeed in deleting 20 or more of them, the main moderators could give them appropriate rewards. Or maybe I should give them more “charm points” – do you have any objections, boss? 5. The moderators should set an example. That’s all for now; those who want to add more suggestions can do so, and I’ll organize them! It’s fine for moderators to actively award points; the amount of points that can be given can be referred to in the scoring criteria, which are posted at the top of the management team’s office. Moderators can delete or move posts that are spam or repetitive to the recycle bin; in severe cases, points may be deducted. Thank you all for the reminders. I’m referring to the original poster, not the moderators – the real owners of this forum. Still, thanks to everyone. I haven’t really read the rules; I just act based on my own judgment, and fortunately I manage to stay within the boundaries. I just wanted to see how many people share my opinion. I could become a moderator for a year, but that’s not what I want.
