How cycle machine interlocking is performed

Can everyone talk about how each interlocking of the cycle machine is executed? I still know the specific process, but I don’t understand how it is executed, such as shaft vibration, bearing temperature, etc.
The signals of shaft vibration and high bearing temperature enter the ESD or DCS to execute the interlock. The ESD or DCS shutdown signal reaches the driver, the motor driver interlock is powered off, and the turbine driver closes the quick-closing valve.
