Who knows the experts, research institutes, and universities in China specializing in evaporation? ? We are looking for experts in this field to provide us with technical support; if you know anyone, please let us know. Thank you!
The scope is too broad; many people are experts. Tell me specifically which area you’re interested in
The unit’s triple-effect evaporator is used to evaporate NaF wastewater. The problem now is that NaF crystals stick to the tube walls, blocking the pipes and making them difficult to clean. Moreover, it’s very hard; two drill bits have already broken. Do anyone have any good methods to deal with this situation? ? For example, can chemical reagents or something like that dissolve it? ? ? ? The purpose of evaporating NaF wastewater is of course to collect the NaF solid for subsequent disposal. Discharging NaF wastewater directly is not in compliance with environmental regulations. Therefore, the precipitation and crystallization of NaF is what we desire, but due to its high viscosity, it causes problems during discharge as it sticks to the walls, eventually leading to blockages in the discharge pipes. It’s difficult to clean; now even the drill bits can’t penetrate it. What I want to ask is, first, how to deal with the NaF solids that are blocking the pipes right now; it’s very difficult to remove them. Second, how can this situation be avoided in future operations?
