Serial number, content of revision, person who made the revision, date of revision: 1.0 Purpose: To define the environmental management objectives and indicators, as well as the methods and procedures for formulating management plans, and to implement these environmental management plans effectively in order to ensure the achievement of the set environmental objectives and indicators. 2.0 Scope of application: Applicable to the formulation and implementation of the company’s environmental management system objectives, indicators, and management plans. 3.0 Responsibilities: 3.1 The Production and Technology Department is responsible for establishing the company’s environmental management objectives and indicators, and it organizes the relevant personnel to develop environmental management plans, which are then submitted to the General Manager for approval. 3.2 The Production and Technology Department coordinates with various departments to set their own specific environmental management objectives and indicators as well as corresponding management plans, which are submitted to the Deputy General Manager in charge of production and technology for approval. 3.3 Department heads are responsible for organizing reviews of the environmental management plan by various departments in the factory, and for monitoring and verifying the progress and outcomes of its implementation. 4. Control procedures for environmental target indicators: 4.1 Formulation and approval of environmental management objectives and indicators 4.1.1 The Production Technology Department is responsible for organizing the formulation of the company’s environmental management objectives and indicators, filling out the \"Table of Environmental Objectives, Indicators, and Management Plans,\" and submitting it to the top environmental official, the General Manager, for approval. 4.1.2 The Production Technology Department is responsible for organizing various departments to formulate their respective environmental management objectives and indicators, and for filling out the \"Table of Environmental Objectives, Indicators, and Management Plans,\" which is then submitted to the vice president in charge of production technology for approval. When it is found that the execution results deviate from the corresponding target indicators, corrections should be made in accordance with the Control Procedure for Corrective and Preventive Actions ； 4.4.4 The achievement of environmental management target indicators is submitted to the management review meeting for evaluation. 4.5 Changes and Re-evaluation of Environmental Management Objectives and Indicators 4.5.1 The environmental management objectives and indicators need to be changed in the following situations: a. Changes in laws and regulations; b. Changes in the environmental policy; c. When revision is necessary based on the results of management reviews; d. Significant changes in production and operation conditions; e. Failure to achieve the predetermined objectives and indicators. 4.5.2 The period for re-evaluating environmental management objectives and indicators is one year. 5.0 Control Procedures for Environmental Management Plans: 5.1 Formulation of Environmental Management Plans 5.1.1 Basis for formulation 5.1.2 The contents of an environmental management plan include: a. Measures (methods) to achieve objectives and targets b. Timeline (schedule) c. Responsible departments and individuals d. Budget costs e. Implementation and completion dates 5.1.3 Registration of Environmental Management Plans The Production Technology Department coordinates with various departments to formulate and record the \"Table of Environmental Objectives, Targets, and Management Plans\" based on these environmental goals and targets. 5.2 Review of environmental management plans 5.2.1 The Production Technology Department organizes personnel to review various environmental management plans. 5.2.2 Participants in the review: the person responsible for formulating the plan, technical experts or engineers, and those who will carry out the plan. 5.2.3 Review contents include: a. Technical feasibility and reliability; b. Maintainability and repairability; c. Time frames and assigned responsibilities; d. Financial feasibility and costs. 5.2.4 Review records: The Production Technology Department shall fill out the \"Environmental Management Plan Review Report\" based on the results of the review. 5.3 Issuance of the environmental management plan: Once approved, the environmental management plan is distributed to various departments in accordance with the \"Document Control Procedure.\" 5.4 Implementation and supervision of the environmental management plan: 5.4.1 The respective responsible departments are tasked with implementing the corresponding environmental management plan. 5.4.2 The Production Technology Department organizes various departments to conduct monthly tracking, verification, and supervision of the implementation of each environmental management plan.
