Serial number, content of revision, person who made the revision, date of revision: 1.0 Purpose: To specify the environmental management activities that need to be controlled when there are changes in the company’s operations, in order to ensure that the environmental management system meets the specified requirements. 2.0 Scope of application: It is applicable to the control of environmental activities when the company introduces new equipment and materials, changes its production processes, and manufactures new product lines. 3.0 Responsibilities: 3.1 The Production Technology Department is responsible for evaluating environmental management activities related to the introduction of new materials and new production processes. 3.2 The Production Technology Department is responsible for evaluating the environmental management activities related to the purchase of new equipment. 3.3 The Safety and Environmental Protection Department is responsible for business development, scale expansion, and the evaluation of environmental management activities following new construction projects. 3.4 The ISO implementation team is responsible for evaluating environmental management activities in response to changes in legal and regulatory requirements. 4.0 Procedures: 4.1 Environmental management activities shall be re-evaluated when the following changes occur: 4.1.1 Acquisition of new equipment: This refers to changes in equipment, equipment upgrades, or the adoption of other procedures ; 4.1.2 New materials: refers to the use of new materials and auxiliary materials ; New auxiliary materials and other items required for the operation of the equipment ; 4.1.3 New process: refers to the adoption of new processes or changes in existing processes ; 4.1.4 Business development, scale expansion, and new construction projects ; 4.1.5 Legal and regulatory requirements. 4.2 In the event of changes as specified in clause 4.1 above, the respective responsible departments shall notify the management representative using the \"Environmental Impact Assessment Form\"; the management representative will then organize the relevant responsible persons to assess the associated environmental management activities. The tasks include the following: 4.2.1 Determining the suitability of the environmental policy; 4.2.2 Identifying new environmental factors; 4.2.3 Identifying and collecting new laws, regulations, or other requirements; 4.2.4 For the significant environmental factors identified in clause 4.1, it is necessary to re-evaluate them, establish target values, and implement corresponding environmental management plans. 4.2.5 The review shall confirm the procedure documents, work instruction documents, record forms, etc., that need to be prepared for the new operational control, including: a. the responsibilities associated with this operational control; b. the training content that needs to be added; c. the control procedures for normal situations; d. the prevention and handling of emergencies, etc. 4.3 The results of the evaluation shall be recorded in the Environmental Impact Assessment Form and submitted to the representative of the environmental management officer for review, followed by approval by the general manager. 4.4 Each responsible department shall act in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Form, and shall maintain the specified records as required. 4.5 The manager representative is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire implementation process. 4.6 Once the changes specified in clause 4.1 have stabilized, the manager representative shall make the necessary adjustments to the relevant documents so that these changes are integrated into the company’s environmental management system. 5.0 References: Omitted 6.0 Environmental records: 6.1 \"Environmental Impact Assessment Form\"
