In SH3407, gasket rings of certain nominal diameters have the same dimensional dimensions at different pressure ratings. Question: Can those with the same external dimensions be used interchangeably?
Do you mean metal-graphite wound gaskets? If the metal materials are the same or meet the operational requirements, there should be no problem. Gaskets serve to provide sealing.
