How can one determine if the filter in the light oil station of a coke oven gas compressor is clogged? Is there a relationship between oil pressure and oil temperature, such that the higher the oil temperature, the lower the oil pressure? Is it an absolute value? What is the standard oil temperature for starting a coke oven gas compressor?

A clogged oil filter can be detected using a pressure differential gauge; when the oil temperature is high, its density decreases and the pressure drops slightly. The oil temperature gauge is important; if the temperature is too high, the oil film becomes thin, which hinders proper lubrication of the equipment. If the temperature is too low, the oil film loses its ductility. As for whether there is a linkage between engine oil temperature and driving, one should check the compressor’s manual.
