I have only been working in this reorganization role for half a year, and every team is required to prepare QC reports; this task was assigned to me. At first, I didn’t know how to write them or what to include； I hope everyone can offer some guidance ； Thank you
You can write down the problems encountered in each class in the form of discussions. For example, in the case of tower operations, the discussion focuses on the issue of substandard quality at the top of the tower. Zhang San said it was because of this reason, Li Si said it was because of that reason, and in the end the team leader reached a conclusion. If the QC work for each team is assigned to you alone to handle, it is incorrect; it goes against the principles of this activity, and it cannot fulfill its intended purpose. If only you can write it to get the job done, it is recommended that you write intermittently rather than all at once, otherwise there will be too much content and it won’t be possible to write it well.
Just format it in QC style: 1. Write a summary paper and a set of slides； ⒉Collect more materials regularly (according to the topics) ； ⒊If you don’t understand something, ask your supervisors and colleagues for help and take good notes ； Participation is your best opportunity to learn; please cherish it.
It’s simple: find a problem to solve, then prepare the activity document in accordance with QC’s format requirements, and finally solve the problem. It doesn’t matter whether the issue is large or small; what matters is having all the necessary materials for the activity. :lol
QC refers to carrying out QC activities aimed at improving product quality, saving energy and reducing consumption, or enhancing management, etc. It primarily makes use of the CDMA cycle, with main formats including: reasons for selecting the topic, investigation of the current situation, cause analysis, feasibility analysis, formulation of measures, implementation of strategies, evaluation of results, and issuance of standards, etc.
