Working principle of the glass-lined double-cone rotary vacuum dryer SZG100-5000L: The main body of this machine is a conical double-walled tank; the inner lining is made of carbon steel coated with glass. Steam or hot water can be introduced into the double wall to heat the inner lining, and the heat is transferred through the walls of the inner lining to the wet material. As the material heats up, the water (or organic solvents) vaporize and are continuously removed by the exhaust pipe. A vacuum condition exists inside the tank, which accelerates the drying process of the material. The drive motor causes the tank to rotate at a low speed, allowing the material to move up and down as well as turn inward and outward, thereby replacing the heated surfaces and achieving uniform drying.
