Exam Time and Subjects The 2009 registered safety engineer professional qualification examination time is uniformly scheduled for September 5-6, 2009. September 5, 9 am: 00－11: 30Test on Production Safety Law and Related Legal Knowledge 14pm: 00-16: 30 Test on safety production management knowledge September 6 at 9 am: 00－11: 30Test safety production technology 14pm: 00-16: 30 Case Studies on Production Safety Accidents The registered safety engineer qualification examination is a rolling examination, and the examination results are subject to a rolling management method with a cycle of 2 years. Those who take all 4 subject examinations must pass all examination subjects within 2 consecutive examination years. ； Those who take two subjects must pass all subjects within one examination year in order to obtain the professional qualification of a registered safety engineer. 2. Conditions for application and conditions for exemption of some subjects (1) All citizens of the People’s Republic of China must abide by * * Those who comply with laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions may apply to take the Registered Safety Engineer Qualification Examination: 1. Obtain a bachelor's degree in safety engineering and engineering economics, and have been engaged in safety production-related business for at least 3 years ； Or obtain a bachelor's degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production-related business for at least 5 years. 4. Obtain a second bachelor's degree in safety engineering or engineering economics or graduate from a graduate class, and have been engaged in safety production and related work for at least 2 years ； Or obtain a second bachelor's degree in other majors or graduate from a graduate class, and have been engaged in safety production-related business for at least 3 years. 5. Obtain a master's degree in safety engineering and engineering economics, and have been engaged in safety production-related business for at least 1 year ； Or obtain a master's degree in other majors and engage in safety production-related business for at least 2 years. 6. Obtain a doctorate degree in safety engineering and engineering economics ； Or obtain a doctoral degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production-related business for at least one year. With the approval of the relevant departments of the State Council, foreigners and professionals from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who are allowed to work within the territory of the People's Republic of China and meet the above application conditions can also register to take the registered safety engineer professional qualification examination. (2) Professionals who meet the registration conditions for the registered safety engineer professional qualification examination, have been appointed to senior professional and technical positions before the issuance of the "Interim Provisions", and have been engaged in work safety-related business for 10 years or more, can be exempted from the two subjects of "Safety Production Management Knowledge" and "Safety Production Technology", and can only take the two subjects of "Safety Production Law and Related Legal Knowledge" and "Safety Production Accident Case Analysis". 3. Registration time and procedures (1) Registration time The registration time in our province is uniformly scheduled from March 10 to April 10, 2009, the online photo quality review time is from March 15 to April 15, the qualification review is from March 16 to April 16, and the payment time is from March 17 to April 17. (2) Registration Procedures All registered safety engineer professional qualification examinations in 2009 will be registered online, with on-site qualification review and on-site confirmation of registration procedures. Applicants must first log in to the Sichuan Personnel Examination Network within the specified time ( www.scpta.gov.cn ) Register online, read the relevant documents carefully, understand the relevant policies, regulations, precautions, etc., and then register based on your actual situation. 1. Sign the "Sichuan Personnel Examination Candidates' Integrity Commitment Letter". Applicants must sign a Candidate Integrity Commitment Form before filling in basic information, promising that all the information they fill in is true and authentic. * , accurate, and consciously abide by the relevant regulations on personnel examinations. If the applicant conceals relevant information or provides false materials, all consequences shall be borne by the applicant himself. 2. Choose whether to exempt some subjects from examination. If the applicant meets the requirements of the documents and needs to be exempted from some subjects, please select "Exemption from some subjects" to register. 3. Confirm the file number. The Registered Safety Engineer Qualification Examination implements a rolling management model. The file number is the basis for rolling management of results. Personnel who are not new references in 2009 should enter their name and ID number to check and confirm their file number before filling in the basic information. Examination of candidates' registration qualifications will still be carried out according to territorial divisions. When taking the exam, candidates can bring a black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, and ordinary function calculator with silent and text-editing functions. A 2B pencil must be used when filling in the answer sheet. Mobile phones and other communication tools are not allowed to be brought into the examination room. Violators will be punished as disciplinary violations. 7. The subject setting of the Registered Safety Engineer Professional Qualification Examination remains unchanged. The "Production Safety Accident Case Analysis" subject is a mixed subject and objective test, and will continue to be marked online. All localities are requested to inform candidates of the relevant precautions when organizing registration, and make special announcements on the Sichuan Personnel Examination Network and the city and state personnel examination websites. Ask the invigilator to remind candidates during the exam: 1. Before answering the question, please carefully read the instructions for answering the question (the home page of the special answer sheet) ； 2. Answer with black ink pen ； 3. Answer the question number and position specified on the special answer sheet. The remaining three subjects are all objective questions and must be answered on the answer sheet. The 2009 Registered Safety Engineer Qualification Examination syllabus has been appropriately revised and adjusted. The relevant examination syllabus and teaching materials collection will be notified in a separate document by the Provincial Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau. 10. The registered safety engineer professional qualification examination work is jointly led by the personnel and work safety supervision and management departments. Each has its own focus and is responsible for fulfilling its responsibilities. In all aspects of organizing registration and examinations, the prescribed registration conditions and procedures must be strictly implemented, and the examination style and discipline must be strictly enforced to ensure the smooth progress of the examination.
