What are the prospects for recent undergraduate graduates in automation to work as instrument engineers? Without any background, undergraduates are mostly operators, with very slim chances of achieving success.

Yes, although Yangba is highly toxic, it’s still incredibly powerful. In reality, it’s the Chinese who hold the power. As for the treatment there, well, it’s acceptable in Nanjing, so it’s not that easy to get in there... Don’t be fooled by their attempts to recruit people through interviews and such; in fact, the candidates are already chosen long before any recruitment announcements are made... It doesn’t matter anyway – once you’re in there, your role is just to do work. There aren’t many benefits available... That’s how it is... So, it’s pointless to ask these questions. To even ask them, you must have seen their recruitment announcements first, right? Since you’ve already seen those announcements, it means they’ve already finished selecting candidates...
