The key points for this acceptance are the appearance quality and the material. Appearance quality is to check whether the plates are even and uneven. If the clamping plate is also made of stainless steel, check whether there are scratches on it. Since the requirements are sanitary, the material requirements must be strict, so in addition to the clamping plate being made of stainless steel, the pipes and flanges must also be made of stainless steel. Another sealing gasket must be food grade. Generally, such gaskets are white, which is easy to judge. There are also ordinary gaskets that are desulfurized and used as food gaskets. This one is black, and it is basically impossible to judge (this is the conscience of the manufacturer).
