Reports on various types of equipment used in chemical companies

Our company is currently standardizing equipment management, and we need to design various equipment management forms, such as equipment inspection sheets, plans for major and minor repairs of equipment, equipment assessment forms, forms for evaluating the condition of equipment, and equipment management systems (suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises), among others. As for me, I majored in chemical engineering processes, so this is not my area of expertise.
